Tom Wood has spent more than 30 years in manufacturing operations, quality systems and continuous improvement. He has helped organizations of all sizes implement, maintain and improve ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems that drive real results.
He started Quality Management Services to give manufacturers something that is surprisingly hard to find: an experienced auditor who speaks plain English, understands production pressure, and leaves behind tools people will actually use. His mission is simple. Provide practical, easy-to-use resources and support that make a real difference.
